For those who may want to stretch before you travel or take a break from cooking in the kitchen, join me for this special class on a special day. The holidays can be a time of strong feelings and stress. Take time to do some self care and offer gratitude for you body, mind and heart.
This class is free and all are welcome. This will be a Zoom meeting, so we can see and be seen by the other folks in the community and have time for a short chat before and/or after class. You can always block your video if you prefer not to be seen during practice.
