Join Beth for a special morning class. Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that is more passive and reflective than an active (Yang) asana practice. Poses are held for up to 5 minutes with the muscles passive, allowing stretching of the connective tissue (fascia), ligaments and tendons. Benefits of Yin Yoga include: improved flexibility and joint mobility, reduced stress, increased calm, increased circulation balancing the internal organs, and improving the flow of Prana.
