Reiki is sourced by love & compassion. When one is attuned to the vibration of Reiki energy by a Reiki master, a channel is opened and Reiki energy flows to invite deep calm, relaxation and healing; enlivening both giver and receiver.
During Reiki 1 Training you will learn:
• The history and precepts of Reiki
• How to use Reiki for self-care and self-healing
• How to give Reiki to others, using proper hand positions and technique
