Yoga can be playful, supportive and joyful when we share it! On Valentine’s Day weekend, Beth will present a workshop to bring you closer to your partner, a friend or even a roommate. It’s called Partner Yoga.
In this workshop, our practice will incorporate the support of another, allowing us to deepen our stretches and, importantly, communicate physically and verbally what we need from our yoga partner. Doing so, we will not only strengthen our practice on the mat, but learn to ask for what we need off the mat.
Gentleness and kindness and a willingness to go further or remain just where we are. – these are the hallmarks of a successful Partner Yoga practice we look forward to sharing with you.
