After a day of working remotely, or spending just an hour on social media or answering emails, does your neck and back feel stiff and sore? And perhaps you feel irritable or anxious as well?

It’s no wonder that the way we hold our devices, or sit at the computer – with our head dropping forward – could be the cause. “Tech neck” not only feels uncomfortable, but neck tightness and misalignment can lead to breathing difficulties, jaw pain, headaches and poor digestion. It even affects our minds — when brain circulation and lymphatic drainage are blocked, our brain function can diminish – leading to irritability, anxiety and depression.

In this 60-minute guided experience, Beth Bierko will share gentle techniques to unwind and be kind to our neck and shoulders. Through a simple series of exercises, you’ll learn to nurture yourself, alleviate pain and restore a more fluid, relaxed alignment. She’ll finish with other self-care techniques and time for Q&A.
